Before You Ship or Drop Off
Include a note in the box with your glove: your contact info and a clear description of the work you want done.
Confirm the new lace color with Glenside Glove Company before sending your glove, especially if you ordered a GGC 1, 2, 3 package.
If you request insurance for the return shipment, GGC must know in advance to provide a quote.
Glove price quotes are subject to change after the glove arrives, is inspected, and disassembled.
Lead times may occasionally exceed published estimates due to supply chain delays.
Drop-Off Guidelines
Glenside Glove Company operates out of a residential address. If you’d like to leave a glove on the porch, simply leave it inside a box with your note.
If porch drop-off isn’t ideal, you can schedule a time to hand-deliver the glove—just contact Alex ahead of your arrival.
If you’re traveling or will be out of town after dropping off your glove, let GGC know so storage arrangements can be made.

Hatboro, PA 19040Avoid sending gloves in name-brand or designer shoe boxes; they’re not suitable for shipping to the repair shop.
Once Glenside Glove Company ships the glove back, they can provide a tracking number upon request. After handoff, the glove is under USPS care and Glenside Glove Company is no longer responsible for shipping.
If a completed glove remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the first completion notice, Glenside Glove Company considers the glove abandoned and may sell it to recover labor and materials.
Special Notes
If you want your glove returned before work begins, you must let Glenside Glove Company know in advance.
Return shipping is normally done via USPS unless you make other arrangements.
